Unauthorised use of this website or the contents of the website may lead to claims for damages and if the action is criminal, legal actions will be taken. All items are subject to copyright.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to adjust our prices, if necessary, at any time.

Payment

All payments for orders are made through PayPal and its secure online payment platform. As a result, we do not have access to or see any of your payment details.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, once receipt of payment has been received and subject to stock levels. The website does indicate when an item is out of stock, and these can still still be ordered but will remain on back order until the item is back in stock.

Postage is added to your order, based on weight of the item(s) using up to date Royal Mail postal rates. You have the opportunity at check out to choose the postal option that best suits you. All orders are sent using a tracked postal service. The tracking number will be included in the despatch notification you receive once your order have been despatched.

Returns and Right to Cancel

All items are posted in good faith and in good condition. Should your order arrive in a damaged condition or is defective in any way please inform us as soon as practically possible after receipt of your order. Please contact us by email, matt@mtminiatures.com so we can deal with your complaint. Replacement of any item or a refund can be arranged if necessary.
